SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday) and products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer. If any customization is required (for example, change of stone), it may take around 7 business days to ship the order.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Here are the shipping charges:
- Pan-India Shipping charges - Free
- International Shipping Charges: Rs. 1500
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are included in the price, however, shipping charges (if any) are not included in the price.
