Shipping and Handling Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday) and products will be delivered to your doorstep within the next 5-7 business days. Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer. If any customization is required (for example, change of stone), it may take around 15 business days to ship the order. Order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days during public holidays.
Here are our shipping charges:
- Domestic Orders (Pan-India) - Free
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Our team may reach out to you confirming the shipping address for COD orders.
If you require express delivery, please contact our team before placing your order.
All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee express delivery.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS:
All the pre-order products will be shipped within the 7-10 days. These products will be shipped on the basis of the orders have been received. Any order having pre-order products and ready to ship products will be shipped together. For any concerns, please feel free to connect us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We currently ship to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia and UAE.
The handling time for international orders is 7-10 business days and the shipping time is 15-20 business days. However, it may vary depending upon the country and state.
For all the international shipments, here are our shipping charges:
- Canada & USA: INR 1700
- Australia, Singapore, UAE & UK: INR 1900
All the additional duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of accepting delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number. You can also login in to your account to know the status of your order. Click here to login to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. For cancellations after 12 hours or if the order has been processed, a handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund.
Processed orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method and will be credited within 3-5 business days.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is only available to Indian customers.
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD or RuPay credit/debit cards or UPI using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase or USD (United States Dollar) for international orders. Duties and taxes are included in the price, however, shipping charges (if any) are not included in the price.
