Shipping and Handling Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday) and products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer. If any customization is required (for example, change of stone), it may take around 15 business days to ship the order.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Here are our shipping charges:
- Domestic Orders (Pan-India) - Free
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD Orders above Rs. 7000/- will be confirmed once our team reaches out to you for the shipping address verification.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We currently ship to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia and UAE.
The handling time for international orders is 7-10 business days and the shipping time is 15-20 business days. However, it may vary depending upon the country and state.
For all the international shipments, the Shipping Fee will be Flat INR 2,300/- irrespective of order value. All the additional duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of accepting delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number. You can also login in to your account to know the status of your order.
PAYMENT METHODs
Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is only available to Indian customers.
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD or RuPay credit/debit cards or UPI using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase or USD (United States Dollar) for international orders. Duties and taxes are included in the price, however, shipping charges (if any) are not included in the price.
