In honour of their work, and in service to our patrons, we offer a seamless repair support policy designed for ease and longevity.

Warranty Coverage

  • Complimentary repair services are available for items purchased within 6 months from the date of delivery.
  • For items purchased after 6 months, a fixed service fee of ₹200 applies.
  • This service is extended exclusively within India.

What’s Covered

  • Restoration of minor damage, including adjustments to settings, clasp repair, surface refinishing, and structural corrections
  • Polishing and detail work to restore the original character of the piece

What’s Not Covered

  • Marketplace purchases (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, or third-party platforms) are not eligible for warranty coverage. Only purchases made through the official Avyaktaa website or verified sales channels are supported.

Repair Process

  1. Contact Us: Email at contact@avyaktaa.com with:
    • Your order number, name and contact number
    • Clear photos of the item showing the concern
    • A brief note on the the issue.
  1. Assessment & Coordination: Our care team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and pickup scheduling.
  2. Hassle-Free Logistics: All shippings — both pickup and return — are arranged and covered by Avyaktaa. There is no additional effort required from you.
  3. Repair & Return: Once received, the item will be professionally serviced and returned to you within 15–20 business days. If any extra time is required, our team will update you.

Important Notes

  • Every Avyaktaa creation is covered — no exclusions apply.
  • This policy does not cover theft, loss, or deliberate damage.
  • Items should be securely packed during pickup to ensure safe handling.
