India Orders
Return Policy:
At Avyaktaa, we strive to ensure that our customers are receiving products that are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you have received a product in less than pristine condition, please write to us.
- We offer "No Questions Asked" return policy for the first 7 days from the date of delivery. Just email us or contact us on WhatsApp! However, a handling fee of Rs. 100/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Stock Clearance Sale items are non-returnable.
- Nose jewellery or accessories and Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- A product is also eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product is damaged in transit.
- A wrong product has been sent by our team.
- There is a design defect on the product.
- In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we will offer free return and a replacement product of the same design.
- If a wrong product has been sent by our team, we will arrange for a free return and replacement of the correct design.
- If your order has a design defect*, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery along with the order ID and a picture clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out.

*Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
- Minor colour or design variations. These variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond our control hence, not eligible for return.

If your product darkens over time. It is a property of silver metal to get oxidized naturally and can be caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. We don't offer returns on this basis.

*Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
- Please note that we don't take the guarantee of accuracy of the colors you observe when you see the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen differ. Hence, any return requests based on such claims will not be accepted.
- Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of a cancellation (or address change) after dispatch of the product, we will deduct Rs 200 as shipping and handling charges, from the refund value.
How to Request a Return:

- Request a Return within the timeline from your account by logging here or send an email to contact@avyaktaa.com or text us on WhatsApp number +91-9971145651.
- From your list of orders, select the order you want to return. You can return the entire order, or single item from your order. Choose the correct return reason and request for the return.
- Our team will review the return request and process it considering our policies.
- If you're contacting us through email or whatsapp, provide your order number and item details you would like to return along with the return reason.
- Once the returned item gets delivered, refund would be processed within 24-48 working hours after examining the product (in case of Pre-paid orders). In case of COD orders, once the return parcel has delivered, our team will reach out to within the next 24-48 working hours confirming your preferred payment method.
- Returns initiated by our team will take 15-20 working days to deliver, as per the return norms of the shipping companies.
- Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
- Please make sure that returned items must be unused and are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We won't accept returned items packed apart from their original packaging and will be sent back to the customer.

Unfortunately, any return requests beyond the return window will not be accepted by us taking in concern the various points such as, used product, product broke due to customer's fault, etc.
International Orders
- Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or replacements. If you've received any damaged product, please reach out to us at contact@avyaktaa.com within 48 hours from the delivery with pictures of the delivered product.
In case of any other issues, please write to us at contact@avyaktaa.com within 15 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to help you out.
